Timo Scheider will end the season at Münnich Motorsport

Timo Scheider has diversified his program with the All-Inkl.com Münnich Motorsport team. In addition to his partial commitments in World RX in a Seat Ibiza (including the weekend in Riga in Latvia), the double champion of DTM will contest the final three rounds of the WTCR, replacing James Thompson in the third Honda Civic WTCR, racing alongside Esteban Guerrieri and Yann Ehrlacher.

He has extensive experience in touring cars. His main objective will be the final in Macau (China), Japan being more of a preparation since he will not even be able to test the car which is already in transit for the Ningbo round in China. »

The official BMW driver will make his debut in the discipline during the Ningbo doubleheader on September 29 and 30 before competing in Suzuka (October 27 and 28) and Macau (November 17 and 18).
