“Our objective is clear: we want to continue to fight at the top of the table this year, announces Christian Dahl, founder and boss of Cyan Racing. We expect this season to be even tougher than last year. »
For its first year in WTCR, Lynk & Co won the title Teams, its best standard bearer Yvan Muller finishing on the third step of the podium on the Drivers' side.
The identity of the drivers of the Cyan Racing and Cyan Performance teams has not yet been made official, but it would be very surprising not to see all or part of the quartet competing in 2019, namely Thed Björk, Yvan Muller, Andy Priaulx and Yann Ehrlacher.
The 2020 WTCR season has also been delayed due to the coronavirus epidemic. The opening round, scheduled in Hungary on April 24, 25 and 26, has been canceled.
