An unexpected final in the Lamera Cup

After seven meetings held in France, Italy, Spain and Portugal, including a 26-hour race, Team Lamera had to wait until the last event of the 2022 season to win its first title, ten years after the beginning of the championship.

Tradition dictates that the last round of a Lamera Cup season is played in Dijon-Prenois and that the Elite, Pro-Am and Gentleman category titles are awarded there. Proof that the championship is contested at all levels of the field, the rule was respected again this year. And it’s an understatement to say that this season was special, since it marked ten years of the Lamera Cup. A decade during which this modern one-make endurance championship was built.
