Sun, summer temperatures, an ideal setting and a field eager to get going: all the ingredients were there for a perfect kick-off to the 2025 campaign of Formula 2 in Australia. However, it was almost the opposite that happened, leaving the protagonists hungry as they gradually returned to the Old Continent after this long escapade to the Antipodes.

The action began on Thursday, with the first runs scheduled for the following day. To everyone's surprise, the championship promoter (FLM, for Formula Limited Motorsport), announced in a press release
