  • A Top 4 separated by less than a tenth! It was the tiny gap that separated the first four drivers in qualifying. Formula 3, this Friday in Barcelona. In the final moments, it was Christian Mansell (ART Grand Prix) who took pole position, with only 36 thousandths ahead of Arvid Lindblad (PREMA).
  • The French team even signed a double Top 3 since Nikola Tsolov set the third time and will start from the front row on Sunday, alongside Luke Browning (Hitech), currently second in the championship.
  • The Briton will have a golden opportunity this weekend, since the current leader in the Drivers' standings, Gabriele Mini (PREMA), only achieved the 16th fastest time in qualifying! The Italian will have to work hard during the two races of the Spanish meeting to score a few points and limit the damage against his direct opponent.
  • An equally complicated qualifying session for the last PREMA, that of Dino Beganovic, who only set the 15th time and will, like Gabriele Mini, have to do two perfect races to score points this weekend. Before his last attempt, the Swede had his time canceled for exceeding the track limits at turn 9.
  • Sami Meguetounif (Trident), the only French representative on the Formula 3 grid, set the 12th fastest time in qualifying, which means that he will start in pole position for the Sprint Race thanks to the reverse grid. The Marseillais will try to achieve a second victory this season after that obtained in the Main Race at Imola.
