- He is the reigning world champion in Formula E, and he's making it known! Pascal Wehrlein has signed the first pole position of Season 11, for the São Paulo E-Prix (Brazil). The German driver, who drives with the number 1 proudly displayed on his Porsche, was the fastest this Saturday on the Paulista circuit. Pascal Wehrlein dominated the qualifications: first by being the fastest in the group stage, then by beating his three opponents one by one until pole position. The German defeated an impressive Oliver Rowland (Nissan) in the final, beaten by only a tenth in the last flying lap.
- Jake Dennis (Andretti) will be kicking himself: the Season 9 world champion, one of the favorites for pole position, was eliminated in the semi-final by a thousandth in his duel with Oliver Rowland! The Briton will start from the second row, in 3rd place, behind the duo of finalists.
- A positive first qualifying for the two French drivers on the grid, who managed to qualify in the duel phase before being eliminated in the quarter-finals. For his return to Nissan, Norman Nato was beaten by the reigning champion, Pascal Wehrlein, and qualified in 6th place. Jean-Éric Vergne was soundly defeated by Jake Dennis in the quarter-finals and will start in 8th place on the grid. His teammate at DS Penske, Maximilian Günther, made it to the semi-finals and will start from 4th position on the grid.
- A catastrophic session, however, for the world champion team, Jaguar. The two New Zealand drivers of the British team did not qualify in the duel phase. Nick Cassidy only set the 5th time in Group A and will start 10th on the grid. As in Free Practice 2, vice-world champion Mitch Evans encountered major technical problems on his car and caused a red flag in Group B. Immobilized on the track, he managed to return to his garage at idle speed but he will have to start the São Paulo E-Prix from 22nd and last place.

- The hard way for Formula E's newcomers: all the rookies were eliminated in the group stage and will start at the back of the pack. Taylor Barnard (McLaren), Zane Maloney (Lola Yamaha ABT) and David Beckmann (Cupra Kiro) will start from 17th, 19th and 20th places on the grid respectively in Brazil.
