The start was given after an additional formation lap due to a problem on the car Evan Giltaire (ART Grand Prix) on the starting grid. The Frenchman found himself relegated to the back of the pack and was unable to climb beyond 16th place at the finish.

Pedro Clerot (VAR) made a perfect start to maintain his lead over Hiyu Yamakoshi (VAR) and Freddie Slater (Prema). A Safety Car was quickly triggered by the retirement of Tim Gerhards (Saintéloc Racing). Dorian Pin (Prema) suffered contact at the restart of the race and ended up with a damaged wing, the French driver was forced to go through the pit lane to carry out a nose change on her single-seater.

The second half of the race was relatively uneventful. Starting from pole, Pedro Clerot resisted pressure from his Japanese teammate to take the win. Slater completed the podium ahead of Frenchman Enzo Deligny (R-ACE GP). The final half was marked by the spectacular crash of Giovanni Maschio (RPM), whose car ended up on its roof. Fortunately, the young Italian driver is okay.
