Seventh for his first Indianapolis 500 in 2019 (best beginner), Santino Ferrucci will use the colors previously worn by Sébastien Bourdais. The Frenchman paid the price this winter for the monetary assets of the former hope of the Formula 2 and Alex Palou.
“Santino had a great season as a rookie and he was amazing on the ovals, indicates Dale Coyne, boss of the eponymous team. I think he surprised a lot of observers last year and has the potential to do even better in 2020.”
The main person concerned, between some laudatory comments for his new sponsor, recognizes that the car stamped with n°18 “has had its fair share of success over the past two seasons”, with two victories for Sébastien Bourdais in Saint Petersburg.
