Indycar – Ana Beatriz extended at Dale Coyne

Ana Beatriz will participate in two additional rounds. The Brazilian driver has just been extended to Dale Coyne Racing in the No. 18 Honda for the next two meetings, which will take place this weekend in Alabama at Barber Motorsport and on April 21 in Long Beach, California. Aged 28, the Brazilian will take part in her 25th start in Indycar and will visit Alabama for the first time.

These two new meetings are in addition to the one which inaugurated the season, in Saint Petersburg, where Ana Beatriz had to settle for 22nd place. It was also already planned that the young woman would take part in the Sao Paolo round, at home, and the Indianapolis 500. With these new races, she will therefore participate in the entire championship until the famous Indiana event, which will take place the weekend of May 26. “I'm very excited to be back and racing in Barber and Long Beach”, she said. “I didn’t think I would be back before Brazil, but I want to thank Ipiringa (his sponsor, editor’s note) and Dale (Coyne, editor’s note) for making it possible for me to drive full time to Indianapolis. »

“We didn't get the result we expected in St. Petersburg, but I'm confident we can do better this weekend at Barber Motorsports Park.”, concluded Ana Beatriz.
