Sébastien Bourdais posted a photo on his Twitter account showing him leaving Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis where he underwent surgery the previous week for his pelvic and hip fractures following his crash during Indy 500 qualifying.
“I left the hospital today. Now it’s time for rehabilitation”, commented the Dale Coyne Racing driver who will have to be patient before getting back behind the wheel. The four-time Champ Car champion will be replaced at Indy 500 by James Davison.
