IndyCar – Buddy Lazier will be at the Indy 500

The list of past winners returning to the Indianapolis Brickyard is growing. After Juan-Pablo Montoya, returned full-time with Penske, Jacques Villeneuve, entered for the race by Schmidt Peterson Motorsports (alongside simon pagenaud), it is the winner of the 1996 edition, Buddy Lazier who will start the Indy 500 on May 25.

It is at the wheel of the No. 12 DW91 – Chevrolet of Lazier Partners Racing that Lazier will compete. "We will use our running experience, explains Bob Lazier, one of the stable's co-owners. We want to win on the track. In 2013, we had very little time to put together the team and be present in the race. Today is different, we have had the whole year to prepare, and we have achieved our objectives for this new edition of the Indy 500. »
