James Hinchcliffe will finish the season with Andretti Autosport

The Andretti Autosport crew for the Harvest GP, and the end of the season, is finally complete. This weekend, James Hinchcliffe will be at the controls of the No. 26 Gainbridge Honda. The Canadian will ride with the North American team in place of Zach Veach.

James Hinchliffe will even have the opportunity to finish the seasonIndyCar with Andretti Autosport. Indeed, the American team has decided not to renew Zach Veach during the last three meetings of 2020.

" VS'is always unfortunate to have to change drivers during the season, deplores Michael Andretti, boss of the team. But we must also end the year in the best possible way with No. 26 and start looking towards 2021 by looking at the best opportunities.

James (Hinchcliffe) has an excellent relationship with the team and we would like to consolidate it. It is therefore logical that he is lined up for the last three races. We can't wait to see what he can do ».

James Hinchcliffe knows the Andretti Autosport team very well. The Canadian took part in three events at the wheel of the No. 29 Genesys Honda this year (Genesys 600, GMR INDYCAR Grand Prix and the Indianapolis 500).

Alexander Red, Ryan Hunter-Reay, Colton Herta and Marco Andretti will be his teammates for the end of the season.
