Bagnaia ends the season with a victory, Rossi ends his career in 10th place

Jorge Martin, who started from pole position at the start of this race with such a unique climate, took the lead at the first braking. The rookie led the first 14 laps before losing to Francesco Bagnaia at the top of his game. 

The Italian made short work of the Pramac driver to fly to his fourth success of the season, further consolidating his position as runner-up in the category. Martin, in more difficulty in the last laps, still managed to keep his distance from Joan Mir and Jack Miller. By finishing on the podium, the Madrilenian secured the place of best rookie overall.

Mir tried to offer Suzuki's 499th podium in Grands Prix, but the former world champion was unable to face the powerful Desmosedici of Miller, who climbed to the third step of the podium. With three Ducatis on the podium, it is the very first hat-trick for the Italian brand in MotoGP. Mir therefore failed at the foot of the podium in front fabio quartararo. The Frenchman made a good start, but he was unable to keep up with the pace of the leaders.
