Le MotoGP will draw attention to itself at Silverstone by taking on a whole new dimension to continue celebrating the 75th anniversary. While throughout 2024 a few actions are being carried out to pay tribute to the sport, the British Grand Prix sets the bar high.

For the first time in the history of the discipline, each motorcycle, each rider and each team present on the starting grid will display a special livery which highlights their respective histories.

Thus, each of the teams present on British soil will be able to draw inspiration from a chapter of its motorcycle racing epic to wear vintage colors.

These special liveries will be revealed live on Thursday, August 14st around 00:XNUMX p.m., during a special event, lasting almost an hour, organized during the traditional 'Day of Champions' walk.

A day of festivities organized each year on the sidelines of the British Grand Prix, which constitutes a flagship event for the 'Two Wheels' association, the official charity of MotoGP which raises funds to provide access to healthcare. health of African populations.

Each motorcycle will be exhibited in the pitlane during this annual meeting, in front of the public who will be able to attend free of charge if they have a ticket for the day on Thursday. The festivities will also be broadcast live on MotoGP social networks.

Motorcycles will not be the only ones to take a leap into the past, as many sport partners, such as BMW M, will also make this effort. Just like the podium celebrations and many other things that the official announcement is refraining from revealing for the moment.
