You don't change a winning team, or in this case a winning family! Marc Márquez took his fourth pole position in as many qualifying sessions this year, and once again it's his brother Álex who joins him on the front row. The Spaniard thus reclaims a position he held in Thailand and Argentina, before Fabio Di Giannantonio put in a superb performance in Austin. At this fourth round of the season in Qatar, it's fabio quartararo who puts his Yamaha in the front line.

The two Ducati VR46s of Franco Morbidelli and Di Giannantonio will be joined by Maverick Viñales, who had his best qualifying since joining KTM this year. The first Honda rider, Johann Zarco, will start seventh ahead of Fermín Aldeguer, who is increasingly getting to grips with his Ducati, and Alex Rins, who is confirming the Yamaha's good form at Losail. First of the Aprilia riders, Ai Ogura is tenth, ahead of a disappointing Francesco Bagnaia, simply the slowest Ducati rider, and eleventh on the grid. Pedro Acosta completes the top 12.

Marco Bezzecchi will start thirteenth on his Aprilia, just ahead of his teammate Jorge Martín, who is competing in his first Grand Prix of the season this weekend, following his crash in Malaysia during pre-season testing. Luca Marini will start alongside the reigning world champion. Sixteenth-placed Jack Miller is ahead of Raúl Fernández and Brad Binder, while Augusto Fernández, still replacing Miguel Oliveira, along with Enea Bastianini and Joan Mir, will start on the seventh row. Twenty-second-placed Somkiat Chantra brings up the rear on his LCR Honda. Lights out on Saturday and Sunday at 19 p.m. French time!
