Aprilia dominated qualifying for the Italian Grand Prix, placing three RS-GP bikes on the front row of the starting grid. Championship leader Marco Bezzecchi led the way, followed by Trackhouse rider Raúl Fernández and Bezzecchi's factory teammate, Jorge Martín. Seventh-placed Fabio Di Giannantonio will share the third row with Diogo Moreira and Franco Morbidelli, while Pedro Acosta, Enea Bastianini, and Álex Rins brought up the rear in Q2. Ai Ogura will start thirteenth ahead of Brad Binder and Joan Mir, while the sixth row will consist of Jack Miller, fabio quartararo, the only Frenchman on the track following the injury of Johann Zarco at the Catalan Grand Prix and Maverick Viñales.

Luca Marini, penalized three grid places for driving too slowly in free practice, and Toprak Razgatlıoğlu finally outpaced the two substitutes on track for this Italian Grand Prix, Michele Pirro and Cal Crutchlow.
