Takaaki Nakagami places his Honda in ninth place, while Alex Rins, who made a mistake in his last fast lap, completes the Top 10 of residents who will go directly to Q2.
Despite all his efforts, Aleix Espargaro ranked 11e and will have to go through the repechage just like Marc Marquez, 12e after falling at turn 7, or Johann Zarco, 15e less than half a second.
Note that the Top 22 of the three free practice sessions takes less than a second... qualifying promises to be close.
