Jorge Martín's reign at the top of the general classification MotoGP It didn't last much longer than 24 hours! The Spanish rider was dethroned from first place by his teammate Marco Bezzecchi, winner of the United States Grand Prix on Sunday, his third victory in as many Grands Prix this season. The two Aprilia riders are separated by four points.

Third in the championship, Pedro Acosta is now 21 points behind the leader. The KTM rider, who finished on the podium this Sunday, is ahead of Fabio Di Giannantonio and Marc Márquez. The reigning world champion is 36 points behind after the third weekend of the season.

Aprilia continues to demonstrate its strength in the overall standings, with all four Noale-based machines in the championship top seven, including sixth and seventh positions for the Trackhouse bikes of Raúl Fernández and Ai Ogura. The Japanese rider suffered a stroke of bad luck, suffering a mechanical problem while making a rapid comeback and with a podium finish within reach at the United States Grand Prix in Austin. The next round will take place from April 24th to 26th in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain.
