- Like the day before in the Sprint, Marc Marquez took off better than his competitors. History also repeated itself behind, since Pecco Bagnaia did not make any attack on Alex Marquez, and found himself under pressure from the rookie, Ai Ogura during the first moments of the event.
- Unlike this Saturday, Franco Morbidelli got off to a rather good start. He quickly erased his disadvantage, and made up for the three penalty places he was given for having hindered Pecco Bagnaia during practice.
- The start of the race was marked by the fall of Pedro Acosta. The Spaniard thus destroyed his chances of points. In front, Ai Ogura found himself under threat from Raul Fernandez, and a fierce fight for fourth position began.

- Although Marc Marquez seemed to be comfortably leading the race, he had a problem just before the halfway point. The Spaniard nevertheless remained glued to the rear wheel of his younger brother, and did not lose his chances of victory. At the halfway point, Alex Marquez was leading ahead of the two official Ducati riders, Marquez and Bagnaia, and the Spaniard seemed to have regained confidence on his Desmosedici GP25.
- Marc Marquez is showing more and more confidence at the end of the race. It could be that he chose to stay a few laps behind the Gresini rider to increase the average pressure of his front tire, by virtue of the regulations imposed by MotoGP, or to preserve his rear tire. This is in any case what Pecco Bagnaia confirms at the end of the race, by ensuring "he was playing with us".
- He will, in fact, pass his brother and leader of the race quite easily a few laps from the checkered flag. Having become leader again, 10 points separate him again from Pecco Bagnaia. The Italian then sets off in pursuit of Alex Marquez, but is a few meters short during each braking to be able to try something on the Gresini driver.
- The race ended in the same way as the day before. Marc Marquez comfortably came out on top ahead of his brother, and Pecco Bagnaia was beaten, without being able to do anything against the Spanish brothers. Marc Marquez therefore achieved the triple: Pole, Sprint and Race, and established himself as the boss at Ducati, setting the tone for his garage neighbour, Pecco Bagnaia.
Johann Zarco achieves his goal
- Ai Ogura finished fifth for his first weekend in MotoGP. After his fourth place in the Sprint, the rookie finished indisputably with the status of best rookie, but also best Aprilia rider. Fermin Aldeguer finished for his part with thirteenth place, Somkiat Chantra ended the weekend in eighteenth position.
- Johann Zarco finished the event in seventh position, and thus fulfilled the objective of a "big top-10" that he had set for himself for the Thailand Grand Prix, on the sidelines of the season. fabio quartararo was less successful, and finished the event with the point of fifteenth place.
- Note the fall of Joan Mir, halfway through the race, and the withdrawal of Raul Fernandez.
- After his fall, Pedro Acosta could not climb higher than twentieth place. The KTMs ended the weekend on a bitter note. The best representative of the brand, Brad Binder, finished eighth.
