It is almost certain that the drivers will have to deal with rain from this Friday, at the Austrian Grand Prix, with almost 80% chance of showers during the day, while the estimates drop by half for the morning of Saturday , or even 25% during qualifying. On the other hand, for Sunday, there will be almost a one in two chance of seeing rain appear.

Announcements which are reminiscent of the bet taken by Brad Binder (KTM) last year, who won thanks to a late downpour during the Sunday race. The South African was one of the only drivers to stay on track despite the arrival of precipitation, and finished the event well ahead of the leader for most of the Grand Prix, Francesco Bagnaia.
