In 2025, many drivers will change teams, others will even drive for other manufacturers, while three of the twenty-two starters will make their debut in MotoGP. So many changes that also involve many transfers within the chief mechanics of each. The opportunity to sort through the latter, to realize which drivers will change.

At Ducati, Pecco Bagnaia will keep his pair with Cristian Gabbarini, while Marc Marquez will recover the former engineer of Enea Bastianini, Marco Rigamonti.

The chief mechanic of the third Desmosedici GP25, entrusted to Fabio Di Giannantonio, will be Massimo Branchini. The Italian will therefore part ways with Franco Morbidelli to take care of his teammate. Morbidelli will recover Marco Bezzecchi's chief mechanic. Note that Ducati has lost the support of Daniele Romagnoli, who left for Aprilia to follow Jorge Martin.

The three rookies of the 2025 season will each take over the engineers of the drivers they replace in their teams. Thus, Fermin Aldeguer will take over that of Marc Marquez, Ai Ogura, that of Miguel Oliveira, and Somkiat Chantra, that of Takaaki Nakagami.

In total, only ten of the twenty-two incumbents will keep their former chief mechanic. Among them, the French, fabio quartararo and Johann Zarco.
