Tests:

  • Enea Bastianini marked the start of the tries twice. The first time when white smoke escaped from the back of his machine, indicating a mechanical problem, and the second time, when he returned to the track to take the best time.
  • Behind the Italian, Francesco Bagnaia made a good start to the session and quickly blocked provisional second place. Aleix Espargaro and Aprilia are still in great form, since after the first attempts of each, they still claim third place in the table, only 150 thousandths from the lead.

  • Other drivers from Noale will join him, confirming the excellent form of the RS-GP 24 at the British site. Maverick Vinales notably brought down the reference mark 20 minutes from the end of the tests. The Spaniard then set a time of 1:58.563.
  • The finale of these tests is heading towards a Ducati – Aprilia duel, during which many names will compete for the honors of being in the lead.
  • In front of the checkered flag it was once again Jorge Martin who set the best time. The Pramac driver completes an attempt in 1:57.911, and is closing in on the track record set by Johann Zarco in 2022, of 1:57.767.

  • Aleix Espargaro is second, just ahead of the factory Ducatis of Pecco Bagnaia and Enea Bastianini.
  • Marc Marquez narrowly qualifies for Q2 with the tenth time. Franco Morbidelli fails at the gates of the top-10, a handful of hundredths behind the Spaniard.
  • The French, fabio quartararo and Johann Zarco will also have to go through Q1. The first city took 16th place, the second 17th.
