MotoGP Valencia - EL2: Bagnaia finally ahead of Martín

For the first time this weekend in Valencia, Francesco Bagnaia is ahead of Jorge Martin on the timesheet, while Marco Bezzecchi set the fastest lap in FP2.

After a complicated Friday, Francesco Bagnaia seems to have found what was not working. The Italian set the third time in Free Practice 2 during his final attempt. A result that bodes well for the Italian driver who will not have an easy task anytime soon in Q1.
Long ahead, Jorge Martín finished in 6th place. The Spaniard can now breathe a little before trying to take pole position in Valencia, which would increase his chances of taking over points from Bagnaia in the championship.
In terms of timing, Marco Bezzecchi was the fastest in the session, with a mark of 1:30.167. Alex Marquez follows closely and seems to be in a good position to get out of Q1.

Joan Mir was absent from this driving session, and he will also be absent for the rest of the weekend. The Spaniard suffers from neck pain after his fall in Free Practice 1 this Friday.
