Zarco and Martin extend at Pramac for 2023

Barely an hour after the announcement of the arrival ofEnea Bastianini in the official Ducati team alongside Francesco Bagnaia, it is the turn of the Pramac team to confirm its line-up for the 2023 season. It was an open secret, Johann Zarco will race one more year within the Italian structure. The former double Moto2 world champion will once again team up with Jorge Martin.

Paolo Campinoti, boss of the Pramac team, says he is delighted to continue with the same line-up for the coming season. “As the main team of Pramac Racing, I couldn’t be happier to have Johann and Jorge in our box again next season,” confides the Italian. These two are not only very special individuals, but also wonderful drivers with rare talent. With them, we have already achieved great things and I am sure that for the second part of this season and the next, we will be able to grow even more, all together, as only a team like ours is capable of. »

Ahead of the San Marino GP, Zarco occupies fourth place in the general classification with four podiums. Her Madrid teammate is ninth with two Top 3s.
