Last week, the French rally calendar was packed with events like the Rallye Antibes CĂ´te d'Azur and the French Rally Cup. Valuable points were up for grabs towards qualification for the Final, which will take place in Remiremont in the Vosges mountains next October.
Everything you need to know about the Rallye France:
Created in 1967, the French Rally Championship remains the absolute reference on a European scale. In 2024, the calendar includes nine rounds including the essential Rallye du Touquet, Rallye du Var, Rallye d'Antibes and Rallye Coeur de France. The events are contested on asphalt and on gravel, and at the end of the season, the best driver on the grid is crowned French rally champion.
The Citroën C3 was the absolute reference despite some brilliance from the VW Polo. The new Hyundai i20 N, skillfully taken to victory at Le Touquet in 2022 by Nicolas Ciamin, seems capable of shaking up the hierarchy.
Where to watch the Rallye France?
