As with every round of the French Rally Championship, a large number of volunteers, both on the ground and in support roles, were present at the Rhône-Charbonnières Rally to ensure the event ran smoothly. We were able to get close to all these unsung heroes.

However, the 2026 edition was expected to be slightly different: for the first time since 2012, no Coupe de Marques series was being held in the Rhône department. This situation entailed a financial risk.
