Hayden Paddon's successors know what to expect. The 2025 season will again include 8 meetings with several now well-known away games: Sweden, Rome and Barum. Added last year, Hungary on gravel and Ceredigion on tarmac are renewed.

The introductions concern the Sierra Morena which becomes THE Spanish round in place of the Canaries and to the detriment of Catalunya, completely forgotten. This new rally takes place around Cordoba in Andalusia in the south. This is the only real find of next year, because the other two "entries" (Croatia and Poland) are ultimately only "ex-WRC " went down one floor before hoping for a rise, which will be the case in 2026 for the first country mentioned.
One of the surprises of this calendar is to note that there are once again more races on tarmac (5) than on gravel (3). This can be justified by the fact that costs will be reduced for crews whose cars are less stressed on tarmac. Despite everything, for a competition that prides itself on being the antechamber of the WRC and preparing its future champions, is it not contradictory to make them do so much asphalt… when there is so little in the elite?
