Skoda pampers its customers with bonuses

For next season, Skoda Motorsport will continue its operation set up this year, which aims to financially reward the crews driving a Fabia Rally2. In order to be even more attractive, the manufacturer has increased its bonuses.

En rally, times are definitely tough and all means are good to keep your customers or try to attract others. This is particularly true in WRC2. The brands that have a model to line up in Rally2 are in a market where candidates have 5 possible choices and they have to succeed in convincing them. Probably fearing the competition from the Toyota Yaris, Skoda Motorsport created a system last year.

After registering, Fabia drivers (Rally2, Evo and RS) could win prize money during the 8 rounds of theERCIn case of victory, Skoda gave a voucher of 15 euros, then 000 to the 8^e and finally 5 at 000^e. At the end of the year, if a driver in a Fabia won the title, a discount of 50 euros was planned for his team on the acquisition of a new Fabia RS. Considering that its operation was a success, Skoda Motorsport decided to renew it in 000.

In its first year of existence, this bonus system, described as " successful » by Skoda, interested 13 teams and 16 drivers. For 2025, this mode of operation is maintained, but the amounts are increased. This time, 40 euros of vouchers will be available for the 000 ERC events (compared to 8 euros in 28). The new feature for 000 concerns the end-of-year allocation. It will no longer be aimed primarily at the champion racing in a Fabia. If a Skoda driver finishes 2024^e or 3^e of the ERC, he will also be rewarded. At the end of the year, there will be 90 euros to share in the form of a reduction with 000 euros less on the next order of a Fabia RS for the winner, 50 euros for the 000^e and 15 euros at 000^e.

For the second year, we expect very strong interest from the teams and intense competition throughout the year. »

To hope to win these bonuses, teams have until February 28, 2025 to register on: bonus.program.erc@skoda-auto.cz, or on the Skoda Motorsport website). In addition to this financial support, the Mlada Boleslav-based sports structure will be present at certain ERC and WRC with a spare parts workshop truck. This service allows Fabia Rally2 users to benefit directly from spare parts.
