Third in the provisional classification of the French Rally Championship, Eric Camilli (C3 Rally2-PH Sport by Minerva Oil) relied on consistency to take the lead of the Rally Heart of France after SS 3. The Nice driver made a few set-up adjustments in the morning which allowed him to have total confidence behind the wheel of his Citroën. Author of the first two scratches of the day, Quentin Giordano (Polo GTi R5-Sarrazin Motorsport) left the lead of the rally in the last time of the morning: “ I applied myself in the crossroads », he confided upon the arrival of SS 3. Reassured after his rolls in the Azores in ERC last weekend, Yoann Bonato (C3 Rally2-CHL Sport Auto) completed the provisional Top 3, 3” behind the leader. For his part, William Wagner (C3 Rally2-PH Sport by GT2i) is in sixth place and leads the Michelin “R5” Trophy ahead of Pierre Roché (C3 Rally2-Team FJ), the local for the stage.

Cedric Robert (Alpine A110-Bonneton HDG) occupies the head of the two-wheel drive ranking ahead of Julien Saunier (Alpine A110-Sébastien Loeb Racing). Relieved of the threat Stéphane Lefebvre (SS1 road exit), Anthony Fotia (Clio RS Line Rally4) will try to come and “tickle” the Alpine.

After a difficult Mont-Blanc rally in terms of set-up, Thomas Chauffray leads the Clio RS Line Rally5 pack ahead of Romain di Fante and Benjamin Stirling.

The gaps are small in the 208 Rally Cup. Réhane Gany took the lead ahead of Hugo Margaillan by two seconds. Pointed at 4''2 from the leader of the Cup, Hugo Louvel had a good morning.

Terence Callea (Fiesta R2J) moved to the top of the timesheet in the Junior Championship. Undisputed leader of the “juniors” since the start of the season, Florent Todeschini (Fiesta R2J) made a mistake in SS 1. He must now move up the hierarchy to hope to win the title tomorrow evening.
