At the Rossel family, they make French champions! Five years after his big brother Yohan, Léo also won his first title at the top of the rally national. The Gardois, who experienced a difficult last day from an emotional point of view, celebrated this Sunday at the Rallye du Var where Yoann Bonato prevented him from doing the double, stealing the victory from him in the last special.

A very good season which comes to concretize his fine journey started a few years ago with in particular the title in Stellantis Motorsport Rally Cup in 2022 and his 3rd place already in CFR for his debut in 2023 under the colors of Citroën and PH Sport.

« It was a horrible day, very very long, whispered Léo Rossel. I'm glad it's over and I thank everyone for giving me a second chance. They didn't have to and I'm really happy. Eric (Camilli) and Yoann (Bonato) have been pushing us all year, and I've taken a huge step forward »

Defeated but a very good player, Yoann Bonato did not hesitate for a single second to come and greet his successor in the prize list. I'm really happy for you, he whispered to her. You really deserve your year and I hope you'll keep going for the rest! » On the international level with a passage through theERC or even WRC2?
