Loeb taking part in the Rallye du Haut-Var

Sébastien Loeb ne cesse d’étoffer ses engagements avec Hyundai cette année. Rémi Tosello, l’organisateur du Rally Terre du Haut-Var (June 29-30), confirmed in Var Matin that the nine-time champion WRC would be present at the first edition of the event at the wheel of a Hyundai i20 R5. Daniel Elena will not co-drive the Alsatian, the Monegasque being entered with his partner.

This will not be the only round that Sébastien Loeb will contest with Hyundai outside the WRC. The Korean manufacturer confirmed last month that his star would be at the start of the Rallye Vosges Grand-Est (June 14-16) as well as the Rally di Alba with the i20 WRC.

Hyundai, however, has not yet revealed Sébastien Loeb's next participation at world level.
