407 km timed at Rally Mexico

Contested from March 8 to 11, the Rally of Mexico will offer a challenge never seen since the creation of the WRC. Following the desire expressed by the FIA to extend the length of the events included in the WRC season calendar, the organizers of the Mexican event are proposing a 407 km timed course, a first since the creation of the WRC. This extension represents an additional 143,46 km compared to the previous edition, the second stage being the longest with 183,8 km.

The Guanajuatito special, contested on the last day, increases from 29,1 km to 54,3 km this year. The route will start from the north of Leon to reach Silao. Two new stages will appear with Las Minas and Los Mexicanos which will be run twice during the first stage of the event. The qualifying special will be contested over a 5,18 km course.
