2024 WRC Championship – Rankings after Rally Portugal

Sébastien Ogier always hungry. And even when he doesn't appear in his best form, the Gapençais manages to amass victories. Just three weeks after his first this season for Croatia, the eight-time world champion won the game at the Rally from Portugal.

Kalle Rovanperä seemed better in his legs but the Finn made a mistake and left the way clear for Sébastien Ogier. The Habs still had to defend against a Ott Tänak threatening, especially on Saturday afternoon. But the pilot Toyota ended up wearing him down, quickly calming his ardor.

In the end, Sébastien Ogier once again mastered his subject to achieve the 60th victory of his career ahead of Ott Tänak and Thierry Neuville. Nice 4th placeAdrien fourmaux who took advantage of Dani Sordo's lack of confidence to get ahead of him this Sunday.

In the championship, the misfortunes of Elfyn Evans brought happiness to Thierry Neuville, now leader with 24 points ahead of the Welshman. Ott Tänak climbs onto the podium with 79 points, 31 less than his Belgian teammate.

Among the Manufacturers, a great operation Hyundai who takes the lead again by 4 lengths against Toyota. M-Sport always brings up the rear.
