How long did you hesitate before applying?

My mom sent me an article saying "this is what you have to do!" I asked permission from the FFSA with whom I have a contract, and when I got the green light, I went for it. As soon as I had a free day, I applied myself to making my presentation video. It was a golden opportunity that I couldn't pass up. Since the beginning of my career, if you can call it a career since I only started three years ago, I have always tried to respond to applications and it worked. Nothing ventured, nothing gained!

Why do you think the promoter selected your application?

I insisted on the fact that I am not part of a family from motorsport and that I was not predestined to do it, and yet from my first season in Rallycross, I won the French champion title despite my lack of experience. I explained that there was no such thing as chance in life.

What was your reaction when you found out you were selected?

I was with my family and I was checking my emails when I saw the one from the promoter announcing that I had been selected. It was a huge joy for everyone, then my parents also told me, worried: "A Rally3 goes fast, it's a big car!"

How do you see the continuation of this adventure?

I feel a bit of pressure, because it's a great opportunity with big stakes at stake. I'll do everything to be selected for the next one. I want to take full advantage of these three days to get all the experience possible. I'm not going to reveal how I'm going to prepare… I don't want the other drivers to do the same. (Laughs) I can't wait to drive a Rally3, it's going to be great!
