L'Alpine A110 Rally officially revealed

Signatech Alpine officially unveiled theAlpine A110 Rally, which takes over from the A110 and A310 in the legendary rally history of the Dieppe brand.

L'Alpine A110 Rally officially revealed

THEAlpine A110 Rally was officially revealed this Thursday, a few hours before the departure of the Rally of Mont-Blanc, counting for the French Rally Championship.

Developed by Signatech Alpine, the car is based on the chassis of the Cup and GT4 versions which have been racing on national and international circuits since 2018. Still powered by the 4-liter turbocharged 1,8-cylinder unit, the A110 Rally sees its power exceed 300 hp, continued to a specific job.

 

 

Among other modifications, Signatech Alpine has equipped its latest model with three-way suspensions with hydraulic stops, new Brembo brakes, an FIA-approved integral roll bar and Sabelt bucket seats with six-point harnesses.

The car has continued its development for many weeks (see Ah n°2231), notably with Manu Guigou and Laurent Pellier.  “Their experience is valuable to us in this development phase, and we would like to thank Renault Sport Racing for its expertise and Team FJ for its help with logistical aspects linked to testing, comments Philippe Sinault, director of Signatech.

We still have a lot of work to do before building the first cars, but this first public appearance marks a new step in this exciting challenge! »

 

 

The car should also receive FIA ​​homologation to evolve in R-GT. The first examples are scheduled to be delivered from the start of 2020, with the car priced at €150 excluding tax.
