The FIA ​​Rally Star program supported by Pirelli

In alliance with the world's national motorsport federations, the Federation recently launched its FIA Rally Star programme. The latter's initiative is to detect "young drivers aged 17 to 26 with high potential" through a multi-step process "focused on digital motorsport and slalom events contested at the wheel of production vehicles". .

A detection program that received support from Pirelli. Very attached to motorsport and rally, the transalpine manufacturer, exclusive supplier of WRC from 2021, has decided to commit to the FIA ​​and Rally Star.

After the detection phase, seven finalists were selected. Four of them will be able to participate in the FIA ​​Junior WRC championship “ benefiting from tire equipment supplied exclusively by Pirelli ».

Whoever wins the Junior title within two years of entry will be offered a full season in WRC3.

The first phase of the FIA ​​Rally Star program is scheduled for early 2021.
