Paddon in the lead following the exit of Latvala

Hayden Paddon (Hyundai) is well on his way to winning the Rally from Argentina. The New Zealander took the lead following the crash of Jari-Matti Latvala (Volkswagen) in SS14 at Los Gigantes and returned to service half a minute ahead of Sébastien Ogier (Volkswagen).

The Championship leader leads his teammate Andreas Mikkelsen by 14 seconds while Dani Sordo (Hyundai) is 17 seconds off the provisional podium.

Mads Ostberg (Ford) marks the break by completing the top five more than two minutes behind the Spaniard. The Norwegian is ahead of Marcos Ligato (Citroën) who took the lead over Henning Solberg (Ford) by five seconds. Thierry Neuville (Hyundai) came back alongside the Norwegian.

Éric Camilli (Ford) occupies ninth place ahead of Jari-Matti Latvala (Volkswagen) who will only have a few points to save on the final day.

Nicolas Fuchs (Skoda Fabia R5) took the lead WRC 2 after Abdulaziz Al-Kuwari (Fabia R5) rolled over. The Qatari was able to finish the stage in second place in the category.
