No Loeb effect at M-Sport

Displaying the largest squad in the field with five Rally1 hybrids, the English structure did not obtain the expected results. If Sébastien Loeb was deceived, the other crews were quickly excluded from the fight at the front.

The surprise was not feigned or so the English leader of M-Sport is a good actor. When pointing out to Malcolm Wilson that it would be good for him to take up the Frenchman, the latter appeared taken aback before exclaiming: “ It’s true that we have three French pilots, he seemed to realize. Why do I have to go through this? (Laughs) Why me ? » On arrival, the Franco/English mix did not spark, especially after the withdrawal of Sébastien Loeb.
