Pierre Gosselin, your mandate has exceeded the symbolic – and humorous – threshold of the Hundred Days of Grace. How did you get into the costume?
This is definitely a change, as new responsibilities now rest on my shoulders. Previously Secretary General of the FFSA, I worked alongside a president, Nicolas Deschaux, who made a number of decisions and managed files that I was not always aware of or had control over. Today, this mission falls to me, and everything is going well. My main objective is to rebuild an administration that fully serves its members. We are in the process of finalizing a recruitment process that will allow us to be more efficient in the coming months. To answer the question, 100 days is very short. It will take a little more time to complete these recruitments and see their concrete effects.
