The average age of this group is 21 years old. The youngest are the Spaniard Luz Marina and the Romanian Alexandra Teslovan who are 18 years old while the Japanese Mako Hirakawa is the eldest (27 years old). They come from 13 different countries and represent 3 continents. These will be brought together for the next step.

We now look forward to focusing on training camp next month. » This will consist of a three-day training camp in Poland in the facilities of M-Sport Poland in Krakow (September 16-18). Led by a group of rally experts and a panel of judges, this intensive course will include several workshops where the aspirants will have to demonstrate their rally preparation, their mechanical knowledge, their media savvy and their ability to drive on both surfaces at through tests with a Ford Fiesta Rally3. At the end of this process, the three most promising pilots will be designated to advance to the next stage. This will consist of participating in the Central European Rally (October 17-20) at the wheel of Ford Fiesta Rally3s entered by M-Sport Poland.
At the end of this test, only one female will be retained. This will be offered registration for the 2025 Junior World Championship with all costs covered.
