Having decided to tackle the WRC3 championship, Ghjuvanni Red and his navigator Kylian Sarmezan have already participated in Monte Carlo, Portugal and Sardinia. The Corsican who turned 24 on September 23rd is currently in 11th placee place in the competition and he will have the opportunity to move up the rankings in Concepción.
« I'm happy to come back, he explained Friday morning before heading to the time trials. We didn't do any tests beforehand. We only got back into the Clio during the shakedown. I'll probably need a few kilometres to get back into control. I think the Chilean special stages are magnificent, but they're atypical and they're going to require a lot of commitment. It reminds me of Latvia. We'll need a fair bit of speed and it won't be easy to take it all in. In any case, we're going to have a lot of fun. »
As the Chazel team commando finished preparing for Rally3, Ghjuvanni spoke about the purpose of his trip. We always show up at the start with the desire to try to win., he smiled. Among the 3 competitors entered in WRC3, Rossi is the only one with a Clio. He tackles 15 special stages (SS1 having been neutralized because of the spectators) and a little over 280 km timed.
