Richard Millener: “Our crews need to get off to a good start”

Going through a somewhat delicate phase in terms of results, the M-Sport team is coming to Auckland with reduced strength. With only two Puma Rally1s, team manager Richard Millener doesn't really know what to expect from the New Zealand rally.

Richard Millener: “Our crews need to get off to a good start”

What are your goals this weekend?

I prefer to say that we have none. The last few events were such disasters that I will confine myself to saying that I expect nothing from New Zealand.

This will be the first participation for Craig Breen and Fergus Greensmith. Can they pull it off?

Does the Puma Rally1 have the potential to play a leading role?

Every time Sébastien Loeb came, he occupied the head of the rally. He even managed to win the Monte Carlo. So the car is fast and it’s frustrating not to be able to demonstrate it more. I hope that our crews will manage to get off to a good start and that they will enjoy their driving. Craig and Gus are effective when the driving is technical, but the level of competition is so high... that I can't predict what will happen. I hope we get a good result. That would be really good.
