Romain Dumas will be back at Rally Monte-Carlo du 18 au 22 janvier. L’Alésien reprendra le volant de sa Porsche 911 GT3 RS 4.0l RGT pour la première épreuve de la saison du WRC with which he took 2nd place in the RGT category in 2015.
The start of the year once again promises to be lively for the reigning champion of WEC, even if it will no longer be integrated into Porsche's LMP1 program. The 39-year-old Frenchman will compete in the Dakar for the third time, driving a Peugeot 3008 DKR. He will only have a few days available between the arrival in Buenos Aires (Argentina) and the reconnaissance of the Monte-Carlo Rally organized the following week.
