Sébastien Loeb: “I hope to be on the pace in Portugal”

For his second WRC appearance of the season, Sébastien Loeb approaches the Portugal Rally with his customary caution. Having ridden little on gravel with the Puma and not benefiting from a great starting position, the nine-time champion does not really know where he will be.

Sébastien Loeb: “I hope to be on the pace in Portugal”

After his victory in Monte-Carlo, Sébastien Loeb takes on the Rally of Portugal.

Sébastien, what state of mind are you in? when tackling this test?

I'm impatient and curious to be there. It's still always nice to evolve on earth.

How did your tests go with the Puma?

Since January, I haven't had the opportunity to drive the car. So it took me a couple of trips back and forth to get back into rhythm. It was also my first time operating the Ford on this surface. As it is completely different from what we made for Monte-Carlo, it was a discovery. The feeling was not bad, I didn't have any bad surprises with the car. I think she hasn't driven much in this yet
