Simon Larkin (WRC Promotor): “France is an important market”

The WRC promoter's director of operations is a very busy man. Files are piling up on his desk: the USA, Saudi Arabia, and recently, Scotland... A new folder could soon be added to the list, with the word "Rallye de France" written on it.
