Stéphane Sarrazin at the Tour de Corse

Stéphane Sarrazin is facing a busy return to school this September. After having won a Mont-Blanc Rally bereaved by the death of Frédéric Comte, the 39-year-old driver will compete this weekend in the 6 Hours of the Circuit of the Americas in WEC with Toyota, before finding the seat of a WRC on the occasion of the Tour de Corse (October 1-4).

“We will fight with our weapons: a certain knowledge of the terrain, perfect harmony with the team and a good understanding of the car on this type of road. Of course, we will have to find the rhythm again, but that was the aim of participating in two rallies in recent weeks.

We will focus on regularity. The objective is not to get caught in the many pitfalls that will make up this edition. It is expected to be particularly difficult. The first goal is therefore to arrive at the finish and perform flawlessly. We'll do the math at the end, with the desire to play spoilsport in the back of our minds! »
