Toyota to present a GR GT3 Concept and unveil the new Yaris WRC

The 2022 season of Toyota Gazoo Racing sera officiellement lancée dans les prochains jours. Actuellement dans les derniers préparatifs pour cette nouvelle année de compétition, le constructeur japonais va profiter du Tokyo Auto Salon (14 au 16 janvier) pour y exhiber certaines de ses récentes voitures mais aussi pour présenter ses prochaines armes.
During this show organized in the Japanese capital, Toyota Gazoo Racing will finally lift the veil on its new vehicle which will represent the brand in the World Rally Championship. WRC : the Yaris Rally1 hybrid. The TGR recently completed its development work with its drivers (Elfyn Evans, Kalle Rovanperä, Takamoto Katsuta, Sébastien Ogier or even Esapekka Lappi) and is now heading to Monte-Carlo, first round of the 2022 season (January 20 to 23).
Additionally, Toyota will display a GR GT3 Concept at the Tokyo Auto Salon. A " concept car dedicated to motor racing which integrates the knowledge and refined technologies acquired in the field of motor sports. » The general public will also be able to see the new production GR Yaris there.
The presentations are scheduled for January 14 and will be followed live on YouTube.
