WRC – Ogier achieves a perfect score in Mexico

Sébastien Ogier (VW) maintained its lead in the Rally from Mexico and made a final attack in the Power Stage to score maximum points in the Championship where he remains undefeated after three events. The double world champion leaves with 81 points on the clock and an already substantial lead in the Drivers' standings.

Mads Ostberg (Citroën) won his duel against Andreas Mikkelsen (VW) by reaching the finish line with a little more than six seconds in advance. The Norwegian from the German team remains satisfied with his podium which allows him to become Sébastien Ogier's closest opponent in the Championship even if he is 34 points behind the Frenchman.

Elfyn Evans (Ford) and Dani Sordo (Hyundai) complete the top five after securing a good result. Martin Prokop (Ford) ranks sixth, being the last pilot engaged in WRC not having gone through Rally2.

Nasser Al-Attiyah (Fiesta RRC) wins in WRC2 with a large lead over Nicholas Fuchs (Fiesta R5) and Jari Ketomaa (Fiesta R5). The Qatari is in seventh position in the ranking ahead Thierry Neuville (Hyundai) who won a bonus point in the last special.
