Modifications to the Mexico circuit

The International Automobile Federation has given its agreement for the Mexico City circuit to host the last meeting of the A1 GP season from May 22 to 24.
Two modifications were requested from the organizers, removing turns 11 to 14 and transforming the entire last part into a long right-hand curve.
