Sébastien Loeb (Citroën C4) set the best time in the Rammen special (SS17), first of the five timed sectors of the third and final day of the Rally from Sweden. But the Frenchman was only able to take two tenths back from Mikko Hirvonen (Ford Focus), who set the second fastest time. In the general classification, the Finn is 16??4 ahead of the six-time world champion.
